What is dwEmail?
dwEmail is a lightweight and agile client-side add-in for Outlook, for efficient emails filing and retrieval from DWB.
Emails are an important tool used to conduct business communications today. Thus, it is vital to store and archive them on a regular basis to ensure proper record keeping in order to build up a powerful information and knowledge base for any organisation. dwEmail ensures trusted email records is available to all who have the rights and the needs to access to it.
What Does It Do?
Directly linking up Outlook, dwEmail makes it a breeze to file new emails, reply emails and forward emails to DWB. From dwEMail, we can also search and retrieve emails efficiently. dwEmail also allows users to set up its own Email Taxonomy applicable for different organizations.
Emails filed to DWB Content Repository are part of the normal content. Therefore, all Content Management related functions work for filed Emails. These include search into Email's attachments, apply retention policies, archival policies, etc. With these automated processes, you do not have to remember when to housekeep your content.
