Life in i-Magination

In i-Magination, we also value our key assets – our employees.  We believe in empowering our employees such that they can excel in their professional career.  We also understand that individual employee may have different aspirations.  Hence, we plan our employee’s career development jointly, aligning them with the company’s direction, and helping them fulfill these goals and dreams.

In addition, we also think that our employees’ work-life balance is integral to their productivity.  Apart from our professional responsibilities and sometimes hectic deadlines, at i-Magination, we also cultivate a belief - “We not only work hard, we play even harder!!!”  We have a group of closed relationship, energetic and sporty employees who engage in sports activities and outings regularly.

For the energetic and active guys, we have our weekly social soccer/badminton game, with participants ranged from top management to the engineers and to our contract staffs.  During such sessions, we foster better relationship and teamwork.  It is also during such sessions when we “show off” our skills and “humiliate” our bosses.  There are also KTV sessions organized by some of the staff on regular basis.  From potential “Idols” wannabes to “out-of-tune” singers, no one will be spared from the microphones.

At company level, we hosts get-together to bring our employees together during festive occasions such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, etc.  Annual company functions are also highlights events to bring all our staffs together to let their hair down to have a good time.  Food and entertainment and attractive gifts will not be missed.
